All prices listed on this website are in British Pound Sterling (£) and all charges will be processed in British Pound Sterling (£).
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. SNE will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
SNE reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. SNE will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, SNE will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery SNE will notify its customers within 24 hours.
Goods will be shipped via Royal Mail (uk) or a third party courier (international). Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 2 -10 business days. International deliveries and Items 'made to order' may take longer.

We take every care to ensure that all Items are shipped in perfect condition, however if this is not the case defective items will be refunded once items have been returned to the given address. SNE will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund & cancellation requests need to be made in writing using the contact form within 14 days of purchase. In the event that SNE chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by a private message to your account and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery.
Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Once a purchase has been made, a confirmation email including invoce will be sent to the customers registered email address within 10 minutes. If you do not recieve your invoice please get in touch with us using the contact form.
